Aufgabenstellung:

Text:
dj: SO your record called "Love ME do"?

John: I'm glad you've going to play it on the show. And i've got a message for the listeners: you really must buy the record because it could go to number one.

dj: Tell me sth. about the Beatles.

Paul: Well, we've played in Hamburg a few times. But we started in a club in Liverpool. We werwe working for 15 Dollar a night. But I'm sure we're going to make lots of money in the future.

DJ: And there are four of you. Do you get on OK?

John: Yes, the four of us get on fine together. I've known Paul the longest. We've been friends for a long time.
We wrote "Love me do" together, and we'd like to write a lot more songs.

DJ: And who's you manager?

Paul: Brian E. He thinks he can make big stars out of us. He's sure we've got a great future. One day we may go to America. I'm looking forward to that. I think it'll be great fun.

indirect speech:

IN the interview John said he was glad the DJ had heard of "Love me do", which was doing well. He hoped the DJ was going to play it on the show. And he had a message for the listeners, which said that they must bought the record because it could go to number one.

Hallo Asialiciousz,

Ich bin zwar kein Englischlehrer und mir daher nicht bewusst wie es grammatikalisch perfekt geloest ist, spreche Englisch aber fliessend und war fuer laengere Zeit in Amerika. So sollte es (meiner Meinung nach) sein:

indirect speech:

In the interview John said he was glad the DJ had heard of "Love me do", which was doing well. He hoped the DJ was going to play it on the show. And he had a message for the listeners, which said that they must   buy the record because it could go to number one.

//must bought geht nicht. must have bought wuerde bedeuten sie haetten es schon getan haben muessen zu diesem Zeitpunkt. Daher simple present

Also he said that they had played in Hamburg a few times, but they had started in a club in Liverpool.
They had been working for 15 Dollar a night, but paul was sure, that they were going to make lots of money in the future..

//They had were gibt es auch nicht. had been working bezeichnet in dem Fall den gesamten Zeitraum waehrend sie dort arbeiteten.

Ansonsten muesste es korrekt sein.

Liebe Gruesse,
Oliver

indirect speech:

John told the four of them got on fine together and he had known Paul the longest. They have been friends for a long time.
Also they had written "Love me do" together, and they would like to write a lot more songs.

Paul said that there manager is/ was (?) Brian E.
He thought that he could make them big stars out of them and he was sure they had got a great future.
One day they might go to America.
Paul said that he was looking forward to that and he thought il would be grat fun.

SO richtig?
